1. Товарообменная операция, при которой поставки машин и оборудования в кредит оплачиваются произведенной с их помощью продукцией. 2. Обратный выкуп кампанией части акций, находящихся в обращении (например, проданных в IPO, переданных аффилированным компаниям). Согласно российскому законодательству, сделка buyback может осуществляться в следующих случаях: если есть решение общего собрания или совета директоров, если выкуп вызван уменьшением уставного капитала, по требованию акционера в случае реорганизации общества, совершения крупной сделки, внесения изменения в устав (при условии нарушения прав акционера этими актами, или при его голосовании против принятия этих актов). Выкуп Б-б может также осуществляться в процессе текущей купли-продажи акций на фондовом рынке.
